Today there was again a bird looking inside the box 2.
This pictures shows that it is a great tit male.
And here is a female. It is defending the box against other birds by spreading out it's wings and trying to look as big as possible.
Great tit, willow tit and crested tit are also seen in the garden every day. This great tit sayed for the night.

The great tit in box 3 seems to be a permanent inhabitant. It has been roosting here since 15th October.
Many of you remember the great tit roosting here last winter. It used to clean the bex every day. Ihis one is doing the same. In these pictures you can see the bird cleaning the box after the night.

The bird in box 2 stayed only one night. It did not come back this evening.

Last night there was a great tit roosting also in box 2.

Meanwhile the indoor camera in box 4 have not seen any movement the outdoor camera have seen many interesting visits of birds. Here some pictures from August. What actually is this bird? Unknown for me.
In September there was great and blue tit, squirrels and a woodpecker! This is not the same woodpecker (great spotted woodpecker) than was here in the summer. This is most likely a lesser spotted woodpecker, Picoides minor.
