The last day of the year and the first video of the blue tit. It took five minutes for it to wake up and go out from the box in the morning and it is all here:

First videos of the roosting great tit are available. The bird going out in the morning and coming in in the evening. It did not visit the box during the day so yet no videos about the bird cleaning the box.

At the moment there ar birds roosting in all four camera boxes! A blue tit in box 5 and a great tit in 1, 2 and 3.

Real time picture from box 3 and 5 are on the net. The others are monitored "manually", locally here on the TV.

22.12.2004

Yestarday box 2 was empty but tonight there is a great tit roosting. There has also been a great tit roosting in box 1 for some weeks now. Only two boxes can be on the net at once. But some still pictures will be captured from box 1 and 2 soon.

So there are 4 birds roosting in our boxes at the moment. It is more than ever before. It is showing how important the boxes are also during the winter here where it is cold.

It is surprising to see some insects in the winter. Here is a video made of pictures from today showing a spider and some insects moving in box 5.
